Memecoin Navigator (“we,” “us,” “our”) publishes educational content and links about meme-coin trading and related tools. We do not execute trades, hold assets, or provide investment advisory, brokerage, execution, or custodial services. Nothing on the Site is tailored to your circumstances.

2) No advice & no solicitation

  • Nothing is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer/solicitation to buy/sell any asset or to use any strategy.

  4. Wallet & device security: Malware, extensions, and phishing can cause wallet takeover. Never share your seed phrase/private keys. Verify domains and approvals before signing.
  5. Network & transactions: Congestion, gas spikes, MEV (front-running/sandwich), non-reversible transfers, wrong addresses.
  6. Stablecoin/peg: “Stable” assets can de-peg.
  7. Derivatives/leverage (if used): Leverage magnifies losses; liquidations can occur quickly.
  8. Regulatory & tax: Laws change and vary by jurisdiction. You’re responsible for compliance and tax reporting.
